More complicated physics in Motorsport, plus AI for 24 cars in a race. Very different from Horizon. They are not simulating physics/AI for 24 cars. Once drivatars are out of sight, they're just on a hard path based on a predetermined lap time, like always. Forza 5 was the first racing game I've picked up since GT2 on the ps1. I've really been enjoying it, and it seems to run just fine on the deck from what I see. Forza 4 looks good, but like other said, they seem to have good lifespans. If you can get Horizon 5, I'd just get that one. In contrast, drifting works like a charm in Forza Horizon 5. Thanks to the improvements in how you control any vehicle, sliding across New Mexico never felt better. Above all, you’ll get used to the FH5 driving changes faster since it lacks the impact of different seasons. Follow the Forza Horizon 5 Drift Tune for better results. Personally, I think FM6 is not bad, but if you are going to play it now, FM7 would be a better choice. There are a lot of bugs that make us sick, but if you want to have fun online, you should choose FM7, which is the latest Motorsport. So far everywhere I look people are calling 4 better than 5 and that 5 is either bad or not as good as 4 but that comes from long time fans. I’ve never played a forza game before so those “reviews” don’t really mean anything Tbf the networking on 5 is still broken, less than it was but still very broken. 4 has better cars, better maps and hands down the best drivijg road ever in a racing game (the Needle drop/climb in Fortune Island). Even though the steering wheel physics is fycked in 4 I still hit it for those roads. Horizon 4 is optimized so well, and I get solid 60 FPS with medium settings. Do you think Horizon 5 will work as nicely? i have a laptop i bought in 2017. 7th gen i7/8g+1050/4g. fh4 runs perfectly on it. it even looks better on the laptop than on my one s. it just takes a considerably long time to load. Fh5 has better landmarks with the pyramids and colorful Guanajuato, but those also make for massive sections of the map that are huge eliminator obstacles. Fh4's comparable obstacles are much closer to the edge of the map and out of the way. Fh5 has a better highway by far. Fh4 has better / bigger roundabouts for drifting.
